B-RAiN's journey is yet another example of a young boy just trying to figure out who he was in an environment filled with drugs, alcohol & violence. Where else are young boys supposed to turn if no one in their life seems to care, but to the streets to find comfort in other unhealthy and damaging ways. I can identify with so much of B-RAiN's story as a young boy, and I see recurring themes as male guests continue to tell their stories. Now I may not have formal training on what young boys need in their early years of adolescence, but I think creating intentional safe space where boys are encouraged to discuss how they feel at home is a good place to start.
B-RAiN gives us his perceptions on his life growing up in Baltimore, MD, and how he makes music today in order to show love and encourage a better way of life by living in the solution.
