John Paul, or JP as I fondly know him as, has an inspirational story. A young boy who saw himself as the "Dennis the Menace" or "Problem Child", who was told he would never amount to anything, who had a troubled past...defies all odds as an enlisted in the Coast Guard and becomes a Drill Instructor.
